Should I start the comic?

I was going to start on my comic, The Exile, but now I'm going to put a hold on it 'til summer. Until then I'm going to be setting up the charries, story-line, and other good stuff. I'm going to 'fill' out my charries a little more, to make them seem more real. And by summer I'll have plenty of time to work on the comic.
